British GT set for extended endurance action at Donington

Thursday, September 03 2020

The British GT Championship returns to Donington Park for the second time in 2020 with an upgraded, three-hour endurance epic this Sunday (20 September). The BRDC British F3 Championship will race three times across two days that weekend too, in a superb showcase of top-class domestic motor racing.

British GT's late summer visit to the East Midlands has been switched to a longer encounter, from the customary two hours, on the revised schedule to offer fans even more entertainment. Stunning machinery from McLaren, Bentley, Ferrari and more is expected to take to the track in an intriguing contest with Le Mans-style driver changes.

British F3's trio of races meanwhile will be a showcase for potential future Grand Prix stars, with a multi-national grid battling to follow in the footsteps of series graduate Lando Norris.

There will be a full support programme too, and visitors are welcome to attend as the venue continues to operate at a reduced capacity, with a range of hygiene and social distancing measures in place in place to ensure that visits are safe and enjoyable, in accordance with COVID-Secure guidelines. Click here to download the latest summary.

To guarantee admission to this event you must purchase tickets in advance by 4pm on Friday 18 September. Those in possession of a valid season pass may attend as normal with no need to pre-register.
